Why Your 20s Are Made for Trying Everything (Smartly)

You'll never know if you never try.

Most people think your 20s are about finding the thing. But I’ve come to believe they’re really about trying all the things.

I’ve been an athlete. A creator. An online fitness coach. A track coach. I’ve explored the NIL world working at a collective, worked in strategy consulting across government, CPG, retail, and banking. I’ve built in the agency world, invested in real estate, and spent time flying across the country to meet mentors face-to-face.

Not because I’m lost—but because I’m searching.

Each move taught me something new. A skill. A truth. A direction. And slowly but surely, the noise started clearing. I’m not fully “there” yet, but I’m closer than I’ve ever been to the pursuit that will define the next chapter of my life.

Here’s the kicker (and my advice): I didn’t blow through money chasing it all. I made money. I saved it. I invested wisely. You don’t have to be reckless to explore. You just need to be intentional—and hungry. Could be my POV, but I believe when you set yourself up financially, you create a space for yourself to explore stress free. You act without desperation.

So if you’re in your 20s and feel the pull to try something different? Follow it. Be disciplined with your money but curious with your path. The clarity doesn’t come from thinking. It comes from doing.

Your 20s are the time to build your toolbelt. The focus will come.

Hit that reply and let me know your thoughts here…I’m curious how others see this :)
