Keep the Mind & Body in Check
How to conquer a vacation
You know that feeling at the end of a vacation where you’re questioning how you’ll get back to the regular grind?
Or even a slight anxiety of being away from routine for too long?
A feeling of being less productive and away from the norm?
*If this is just me, email me and let me know 😅
Be it a full fledge time off for a trip or just a long 3-day weekend, I like to do something to keep my mind in check. Something that keeps me in rhythm and not fully away from my routines and habits.
I like to do one hard thing per day.
It doesn’t have to be anything crazy. Just something to remind myself what the work feels like. A gentle nudge toward the suck 😃
In my experience, it makes getting back into the swing of things after the time off that much easier. I’ll drop a list below of some ideas for your next life excursion 😁
We all have big goals this 2024…net worth, relationships, career, health & fitness, etc. Moving forward, I will be taking on a few clients for personal training. Haven’t slept the best?
Listen to your body.
Don’t push the training. Give it the time it needs to recover.
A 75% healthy, fully trained body is worse off than a 100% healthy, not as trained body.
Take your time and don’t create a setback.
