Listen to your body and mind
I hit a true breaking point over the last few weeks…
Juggling work, training, social media, online business, relationships, etc.
I finally hit that point where everything was suffering all at once.
The most important thing you can do here? Subtract.
Reflect, identify where your energy needs to go, and direct it as such.
Cut out what will not directly help you attain your goals, take a bit of a rest, and hit the next week with all you got.
And if you’re wondering why this newsletter is a bit short this week, I needed a small break. I’ll be back I promise. Well rested, energized, and ready to attack my goals.
