How to Get the Best Night's Sleep
The true way...
I heard a quote recently that stuck with me…
“How do you get the best night’s rest? Fill the day with honest work.”
Yes, I can repeat a few tips and tricks over and over:
Blackout Curtains
Magnesium & Melatonin
No Phones in Bed
Hydration
etc. etc.
But at times, we forget about the true purpose of sleep: to restore the body from the daily work.
If you’re giving all you have in the workplace, training hard, doing all you can for your family, hitting all of your daily habits, mentally challenging your mind…in my experience, you will never struggle to fall asleep.
We all have big goals this 2024…net worth, relationships, career, health & fitness, etc. Moving forward, I will be taking on a few clients for personal training. I wanted to highlight this quote as a reminder to the readers but also write this as a bit of a reflection for myself to keep going. Your 20’s are the time to grind it out, try all kinds of things, and work until your head hits the pillow.
This newsletter is coming out a bit later than normal because I didn’t have a chance to stop and write this past weekend…my days were full, and my head was spinning…but I slept well :)
