Crazy Busy? Working Long Hours?
Get a few things right...stay jacked :)
You know the feeling where life feels nonstop? Like you can’t get a second to breathe?
It’s not fun, but I know you know that…
But what’s even worse when we can’t catch a break? Habit slip.
Work, family, travel, or whatever in your life is taking priority does just that…it takes priority.
We place certain things over our healthy habits and our daily routines. It’s not wrong, it’s just life.
When life gets like this for me, I make sure to hit a select few habits of my own that keep me on track no matter how busy my life becomes. They’re simple, effective, and I can hit these habits over and over and over again. I’ll list them out below 😁
We all have big goals this 2024…net worth, relationships, career, health & fitness, etc. Moving forward, I will be taking on a few clients for personal training. If you’re looking to gain some muscle, drop a few pounds, or just build a lasting health & fitness lifestyle in 2024, sign up for a free consultation call below. Let’s see if we can work together!
Daily Health Habits
7.5-8.5 Hours of Sleep
Keep a Water Bottle on Hand at All Times
Prioritize Protein w/ Every Meal (~85g / Meal)
1 Form of Recovery (Rolling Out, Hypervolt, Walking Breaks, Light Stretching, etc.)
Very simple. You do not have to complicate these staple habits. You just have to be disciplined in hitting these without having to think twice about it.
So, I challenge you to take a step back, observe your life in its busiest stage, and ask what you can commit to without fail. Keep it simple, give yourself 3-5 rules, and maintain that physique you’ve worked so hard to build 😀 Life can get crazy for all of us…but a few small habits can go a long way. Here’s to maintaining!
